Which purchases are covered

This page guides buyers of digital offerings expressly identified as provided by Smarketing Media LLC on this personal site, including the DELIBERADAMENTE audiobook. Its Refund Policy, the specific product description, checkout disclosures and applicable consumer law govern the request. Purchases from independent retailers follow those retailers’ policies. Professional engagements follow their separate written agreements.

Download or access problems

If a download link does not arrive, the MP3 is incomplete or defective, or a file seems suspicious, stop using the file and write to hello@smarketingmedia.com with the email used to purchase, the product and the issue. We will investigate and, where applicable, restore access, supply a corrected file, or arrange another appropriate remedy. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive device information by email.

Refund requests and payment provider

Send a refund request to hello@smarketingmedia.com with your purchase email, product and reason. A download alone does not automatically eliminate legal rights. For the current audiobook offer, the checkout and receipt identify the Stripe Managed Payments/Link merchant-of-record arrangement, and the buyer may also use the transaction-support channel shown on the receipt. Approved refunds follow the provider’s process and timing, generally back to the original payment method.

Future offers

Other digital products may have different delivery, cancellation or subscription terms described before payment. Any future subscription will explain renewal and cancellation on its offer page. This page does not set refund rules for a separate professional contract.
