“You never have to feel ashamed for feeling angry,” Toto said gently. “Anger is a natural feeling inside all creatures - an ancient fire to protect us from threats.”

The tortoise nodded thoughtfully. “Your fiery spirit holds great power - the key lies in awareness, not suppression. Watch the spark before it becomes an inferno.”
